  Awesome local UPS store!! My poor planning combined with their willingness to help me fulfill my obligations, we make a great team! I dropped the ball and waited last minute to drop off a package George and the rest of the staff were/ are amazingly accommodating and extremely friendly and reasonable too I may add. They ensured my package would be were it needed to be on time making the impossible possible again no thanks to me. I honestly can’t say enough about this store in Macedonia!!! Thank again guys!!!

  Not sure you can get lazier employees, line was 7 deep, 2 people working and the one who wasn’t with anyone did offer any help to move the line along. Finally after at least 10 minutes the lazy one made the line aware on how to check in the package ourselves. poor poor poor service

  Store was well staffed and even though this was a day after Christmas visit the small line of customers I was in moved quickly.

  The woman who took care of me was very unfriendly never offered any greeting. When I asked which button for payment she said I told you the white one there are four button s to say the least I will be taking my business elsewhere. As I was walking out she made reference to my being stupid

  On Tuesday (12/9/25) I went to this location with an Amazon return. Amazon’s instructions were to print a label and use the original packaging. I printed a 4x6 label with my label printer, but the original Amazon box was smaller than the label. One employee (a young man) was polite and helpful, but the other employee I dealt with was extremely rude and uncooperative from the start. She said they “couldn’t process” the return because the label wouldn’t fit on the package. I asked if they had an outer envelope or something similar to place the box in, and she told me no—despite envelopes being visible on the counter. Then she said I could buy one for $2.99 and gave me a lecture about “procedures and protocols,” instead of simply offering a solution in a professional way. If this had been explained respectfully, I likely would’ve purchased the envelope, but her attitude made the whole experience unpleasant. I won’t be returning to this location.
