  These people take their job way too serious. They will hold up a giant line just to force you to buy a box from them. Numerous items I have tried to return from Amazon, Items in the original box that UPS directly shipped to me. But when you try to take that exact box to THIS UPS store to return the item, they refuse, and force you to buy one of their $30 or $40 boxes. They then proceed to tell you that Amazon will refund the cost you paid for the box. Something they have zero authority To do. They have multiple signs all over the store for the number to call to Amazon, which is just strange in itself. I trusted them and got ripped off for about $90 in their boxes after Amazon refused to return them. The really silly part is If you take that exact box to a different franchise, they’ll happily take it and ship it. They just smack another sticker right over the one with your information And also it goes.

  Renee was so lovely and helpful. We needed to ship a few things across country and she took the time to pack everything with care and make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this UPS location!

  Renee gave me the best experience possible for my Amazon return. It was a messy return, and she went above and beyond for me throughout the whole process with a smile & positive attitude. She made something which could have been stressful, extremely stress free! She is a wonderful asset to this company! I will be returning here for all my postal needs!

  UPS Store Northfield, OH 44067 - for the 2nd time in a month a Letter envelope that was shipped via UPS 1 Day shows no movement from this store. I tried calling and that was also a joke. Each time this has happened , because I have a pre printed label on the envelope I was told to Scan myself and put in the box near the Scanner. I'm really disappointed in the service level at this store. Not every package is an Amazon return and should be treated as such. UPS 1 Day is very expensive and to know your package hasn't even shipped is not acceptable.
