They treated my friend and me like crap! and instead of canceling the check they made, they laughed at us and told “ooo we don't have money at the cash desk, go and cash it somewhere else “ and the manager closed the door in our face!

The manager, in particular, is even worse not only do they fail to assist, but he is outright rude. You will not receive any real help here. Instead, they seem to deliberately waste your time and make the experience as frustrating as possible. By the end, you won’t even get basic understanding or empathy from the manager. A tie and a serious expression cannot hide the level of unprofessionalism displayed at this location.
