- JKJohn KubbFeb 11, 20261.0About 2 months ago the lock on my mothers mail box had broken, there is a stand with everyone's mail box there, apparently the guy who replaced them only does it one day a week. What does he do for the other days??. My brother and my mother who is 88 yrs old would drive to the office on center ridge and pick up one piece of mail. What they did not know was the lock had finally been replaced but she was never notified, instead the Carrier was jamming all the mail into the mail box! My brother had to use needle nose pliers to remove the mail it was jammed in so tight! At the very bottom of the box was the notice that said "hold mail" the carrier did not care obviously. What concerns me more with the carrier is this. If you are jamming all of this mail into a mailbox, wouldn't common sense tell you, maybe something is wrong with this person ?I'll do a welfare check or have the police do a welfare check. No instead the Carrier kept jamming it in there!! Great public relations there Carrier! Way to go!!!!!!

Never heard back. Continued to call the office and it just rings everyday. So I drive up there and a lady takes my info down a second time. Says the manager stepped out. I could tell she could give two craps about my issue. Never heard back. Absolutely horrible service. They should be embarrassed! The manager should be fired.
