- RARobert Allen4 days ago1.0Says open on Saturday until 1:00PM, it was barely noon and nobody at counter. I called and rang the buzzer to sounds of silence. I wish I could be a federal employee and have no consequences to not doing my job. For as bad as this branch is Westlake has longer hours and are customer focused.

You could clearly see people working in the back and we tried to get their attention and were ignored. No wonder they didn’t have a bell as it sounds as if they had no intention of coming to help anyway. Save your time and just go to another location. 3.0 overall ration is way to generous
