Handed a package that was already scanned to an employee, because 1) the lobby wasn’t open even though it was after the hours it was posted to be open 2) the drop box was jammed Employee said “no worries, I will take it .” Now, package is mysteriously gone, tracking never updated from building I followed up the very next day when I saw it hadn’t left, I was told “oh, no worries, it just didn’t get scanned in Cleveland”. Went back a week later, because status is still showing that North Olmsted is in possession of item, expressed my concern again- literally blown off and laughed at. Blamed the mistake on downtown Cleveland office once again. Filed a lost package claim, and surprise- no comment or response. Seriously, just take responsibility that your employee lost my item Word of advice, choose another location- any other location . If this is ever made right, or responsibility taken , I will happily change the review!
