  Garbage service this place is ridiculous. They make you print out your own label on a computer for three dollars on the Rental computer no UPS store ever does this. It’s not only holding up the line but it’s inefficient. I would go to another store and avoid this place.

  Here to add to the review with the cranky older man working here! Was shipping a depop package with a usps label (as I’ve done nearly a dozen times and never had a problem) and was informed they don’t do that here. I explained I don’t need a receipt and that other locations have never had any issue with this. Very frustrating that he kept cutting me off and telling me I was wrong and “whoever did that before didn’t know what they were doing”. Didn’t offer a solution or ask coworker about one either. So rude! All after I waited in a decent line to ship my package

  Everything today is either picked up and Bought and already included shipping.UPS store is good for a residential package or a last minute rush to a customer. Packaging is very expensive but that is the nature of the service. I found my experience was prompt and courteous. I always enjoy a suggestion about how I can do things better or a did you know fact! I have been in sales a longgg time and today we can’t assume anything because we don’t know everything.
