    The fed ex answering machine is beyond frustrating. I couldn’t even get through it to speak to someone at this actual location.

    Horrible customer service. Attempted to take a prepaid FedEx package to this location. Associate stood and watched me unload from my truck while my wife helped only to tell me we probably cant ship after getting it indoors. Then took time to measure and stated its size was okay but does it have batteries? WELL YEAH YOU DONUT ITS AN ELECTRIC BIKE! Sorry we don't ship those. Then I mention FedEx delivered it and said that must be a DIFFERENT FEDEX.....really get a grip this is why people don't use your service. You are pathetic! Go back and talk to your girlfriend at the counter while the customers struggle.

    2 experiences with this location having rude employees not wanting to ship my items in a box I brought in to be shipped because they want you to buy their box and spend more money. I tried to give it a second chance but was once again shown why I won’t be back. Do yourself a favor and use USPS, your local post office, or any other shipping method.
