Walked in the door to send our passports off and she promptly turned her back and walked away and we could hear her in the back griping to another customer about her personal life. When she finally did come back out she said we could only work on them by appointment which is true and fine but she wouldn’t give any advice and wouldn’t send the one renewal passport off until I demanded she do it which he was very capable of doing. Was not a nice personality and super incompetent at her job.
