- JNJaran NeuenschwanderJan 12, 20231.0Super unfriendly unhelpful employee. Walked in the door to send our passports off and she promptly turned her back and walked away and we could hear her in the back griping to another customer about her personal life. When she finally did come back out she said we could only work on them by appointment which is true and fine but she wouldn’t give any advice and wouldn’t send the one renewal passport off until I demanded she do it which he was very capable of doing. Was not a nice personality and super incompetent at her job.
- MSMary SwartzMay 7, 20221.0Worker was less than friendly. Tried taking a passport photo and the lens cap was still on, then picture was blurry. Had everything filled out for a passport, but did not have printed copies of drivers license and she would not copy them for me. I’m sure they had a copier. Then was told if I went and made copies I couldn’t come back without an appointment. Very evident that she was ready to be done. Not friendly or customer oriented at all.
