She told me my box was fine that I dropped my return off in and then printed out the return label ,then said I had to pay $4.00 for a package I need from them cause the label won't fit. And I said well what I bought cost me $10 bucks I don't really want to pay for a package. She then put the label on my package (it fit) and threw it. Good thing it wasn't glass. She was very rude and nasty. She was also very rude to a another older woman who didn't have knowledge how to get her return code. She kept rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing. Awful customer service skills. Will never return to this ups location..
