I recently had an issue shipping an order due to an eBay glitch and the girl working at the front desk was incredibly patient and helpful. She even gave me the phone number to call eBay‘s customer service to get the problem resolved.

I waited a day to call and the lady on the phone said she would talk to the carrier and call me back. Never got a call. Next day I call back and the same lady said yea it says delivered so I don’t know what to tell you, maybe it fell out. I told her that two packages say delivered at the same time and one package was there but not both and my mailbox was shut so nothing would of fell out. She said yea I don’t know man. She didn’t seem to have a care in the world about a missing Christmas gift and it was almost as though I was bothering her asking for help. Very bad customer service and extremely disappointed in this post office!
