Terrible service experienced here! There was definitely racial profiling at this location with the one staff there that day. She was great and talkative with the other customer in the store. But when it came to me, it was "what do you need" very blunt answers to what I was asking. Quick to ignore what I was needing help with, having to ask me over and over what I was needing, was on her phone while helping me. The fact that I had to call other places to see if they could help me over dealing with her was ridiculous. I will not be coming back to this location as long as this person works there. Definitely need some training at this location with customer service.

Extremely rude staff, like I mean ungodly amounts of unnecessary rudeness and attitude. They weren't busy at all when I stopped in. There was only person who was being helped and no one else aside from me in there. The staff was super friendly to that person, smiling and laughing and as soon as she was done with that customer it was a complete 180, a rude "what do you want?" Eye rolls, attitude, the whole deal. I'm generally a very professional and friendly person. I like to say hello and be nice and try to make everything as painless and effortless as possible. But I couldn't even do that. This staff member just couldn't help but make it apparent that I was bothering her by just being present. I actually had to leave the store because of everything she said and did. As a former manager of retail, I would never have her work for my business. I will not step foot in this store if it were the only one in a 300 mile radius. I would rather drive 300+ miles than ever come back there.

I am diagnosed with - austim, ADHD, PTSD, and TBI. As soon as I entered the building today I immediately felt very unwelcomed. The woman looked at me very odd, the older man wouldn’t even speak to me when I walked back in to ask one more question to verify how I should send the shipping label and made the lady speak to me and he just completely walked away. I sent over the shipping label a few days ago and for whatever reason I didn’t receive an email back with a code so she said to send it again. I was in the process of sending it and she stood on my heels asking every 5 seconds if I sent it as if she couldn’t get me out of there fast enough. She kept asking me very odd questions interrogating me wanting to know what I was shipping, who it was for, etc. And then she sat and stared at my actual phone while I sent the email and started asking questions about what was on my phone. It was quite literally the oddest encounter I have ever experienced and crossed so many boundaries. I’ve never once had anyone at fedex treat me like that let alone interrogate me about a shipping label. The staff truly needs educated on how to treat people with disabilities. The last time I checked fedex is suppose to provide training on that.

I was using the Print & Go when the power went out! I decided to wait a bit to see if it came back on, and it did. But the Print & Go machine didn't work properly. The staff immediately set to work printing my documents for me. Great service! Highly recommend.
