Made an appointment two weeks ago for passports, just for them to call a hour before the appointment to say the lady who does them is not in on Saturdays. Why wait last minute to tell us, and everywhere else is booked up!?! If I would have known in advance, it would given us time to book elsewhere! Seriously not okay, maybe train more than one person to do passports!

They must have scanned and given it to someone else, or scanned before leaving truck and it’s still there. Now I can’t complete custom paint job order so lost money, and I have to go through reporting business for using this service and charging me for not receiving it.
