They keep returning my mail back to the sender without explaining it to me. So i got a PO box hoping it'll fix that. The problem remains. I've tried to ask for solutions and comply, and still the same issue. I have a digital footprint of my business package being in their facility, and for some reason, it ends up in another state on the same day. I was told once that it was sent to PA facility to be destroyed...Really!! Thats Unacceptable!! So, if anyone is looking for a solution, contact the SSA OIG government agency. Bc something has to give.

Krista, the “Post Master” was extremely rude and hung up on me twice when I was asking questions as to why my mail wasn’t being forwarded. I was told I would be contacted yesterday and nobody ever called me back. They also seemed to close the office early whenever they feel like. Worst experience ever and it looks like Krista needs to find a new job if she can’t be nice to customers.
