I was unhappy with my visit today and the woman quickly tapped the smiley face asking if I had good service, then got extremely rude when I said I wasn't going to pick that one. We need new people in that office

Krista, the “Post Master” was extremely rude and hung up on me twice when I was asking questions as to why my mail wasn’t being forwarded. I was told I would be contacted yesterday and nobody ever called me back. They also seemed to close the office early whenever they feel like. Worst experience ever and it looks like Krista needs to find a new job if she can’t be nice to customers.
