- APaaron paulDec 30, 20251.0i wish i could give this place an absolutely 0 starts. they are the shadiest mail delivery company, i don't understand how speedx who used to be even shadier can deliver my packages to me but they can't. every single thing that i get that's delivered by USPS never ever comes and seemingly never will. i get my refunds, but i want my PACKAGE. i know my logistics are correct because everyone BUT THEM can deliver my things. i visited, but somehow they couldn't help me. i get my notifications on if my package is at the USPS place or if it's already back at the sender far too late and they can't even help me with that. this place shouldn't exist at all, either they need to do their job or just go.

Up till this point they have had an abysmal track record of getting things lost, late, broken, or mixed up so I shouldn't even be shocked to find out that the gifts I sent home for Christmas didnt make it on time. The package contains things meant to be shared with guests from out of town who will not be present to enjoy them. I paid for 3 day ground, and I know it's the holidays, however, it took them a full WEEK just to take my package from Newark to Columbus. That is a 45 minute drive I could have made myself had I anticipated this level of incompetence. Here I am, sitting on Christmas Eve explaining to my family that their gifts won't make it. My heart is broken. Honestly, drive to any other post office around, it is well worth your time.

They keep telling me that they will take care of it. I even talked to the supervisor 😕 and it's STILL NOT fixed!!! I am still getting their stuff. The next step is 6 on your side.
