- TLToni LewisSep 23, 20252.0I have had two issues in the past month. I was literally sitting in the driveway when I got the alert that the package couldn't be delivered. I tried to call the post office but ended up having to drive there. The lady at the counter was very nice but when I asked about my package and if the mail driver could return to the house, I was told "she isn't bringing it". I questioned whether she is supposed to bring it and was told yes. I found out she had not left the post office and had no intention of delivering it. Yesterday it was raining and again I get a message that a package was undeliverable. The mail carrier only delivered what fit in the mailbox and wouldn't get out to deliver the other package. I even have a box near my mailbox so they don't have to walk up to the house. Service on the delivery end is extremely poor.
