- SMSoleil ManceauFeb 10, 20251.0No hours are posted, I got there at 4:42 and the lady yelled at me, and was so rude, and I quote “WHAT THE HELL LADY, WE ARE CLOSED! IT IS LIKE YOU GOING TO MCDONALD’S AND ASKING FOR A CHEESEBURGER AFTER HOURS, THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO!”
- JJJames Miller (Jusjames)Jan 21, 20251.0Purchased a money order at this location 45345. Their sorting machine shredded it so much that my insurance company returned it to me as unacceptable. I returned it to the post office and a clerk there named Christina admitted that their sorting machine shredded it. She also said it’s my loss they can’t replace it even though I provided a receipt. I called the 1-800 number listed on USPS site. They gave me a complaint number. I then received a sarcastic voice message from Christina saying, call whatever or as many numbers as you want I still can’t do anything. Very rude person. This is not fair as I purchased it from the USPS with my money and they say it’s my loss? At no fault of my own? Since when is it ok to rob your customers?
