  The women who were working the counter today had an extremely lazy, and rude attitude. They made a simple process more difficult, and when a line formed, one of the employees just went to the back instead of helping the crowd of people. They barely got up off their stools. With this neighborhood, I assumed it would be decent service. Nope!

  This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had at a passport acceptance facility. From the moment I walked in, I was told their photo machine was down and to go to CVS—even though I had a scheduled appointment with photo services. What should have been a quick 10–15 minute appointment turned into over an hour, despite me arriving early and prepared. The situation got worse when the clerk attempted to decline my certified birth certificate but could not provide any written policy or official guideline to support that decision. Instead of offering clear guidance, I overheard staff in the back making snide comments like “it doesn’t matter, she’ll just have to pay more,” followed by laughing. That level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect is completely unacceptable—especially when handling important legal documents. If there are specific requirements, staff should be able to clearly explain them and treat customers with basic respect. Instead, I was met with poor communication, wasted time, and inappropriate behavior. This experience reflects a serious need for better training, accountability, and customer service at this location.

  While most employees at this location are consistently professional and pleasant, one counter employee—a mid-aged blonde woman with glasses—stands in sharp contrast. Her demeanor is routinely rude and dismissive, creating an unnecessarily negative experience. This is particularly concerning given the otherwise positive service provided by the rest of the team. This is something that should be addressed promptly, as it impacts both customer experience and reflects unfairly on the many courteous employees at this location.

  Avoid at all costs!!! Shipping is horrible lose your packages, say oh well sitting in a truck somewhere, Get there when it gets there. Save yourself the headache , Use a different method. Quite clear why the USPS is a mess and a complete fail!!
