The lady working was rude and overall had an awful disposition. She seemed annoyed , she had to answer a basic question. The other gentleman working was friendly and seemed happy. If you do not like your job ,find another one Clerk 4 , You should not be working with the public.If you're not able to at least have some sort of friendly disposition

If I don’t have each package scanned in front of me, orders go missing and there’s nothing I can do (initiate a search/insurance claim) because the package was never scanned. The employees then have the gall to be annoyed with me for not just dropping the packages off .. as if I want to stand in line and do this.

However, his 12:45 appt did not show up and he offered to help me during that time instead. I had all my documents ready (checks, photos, etc) and he was able to process them expeditiously! It took less than 10 mins from when we started to when I got my receipts! I’m surprised dude is working at a USPS vs a different profession. I’ve always equated post workers to being slow and deterred to working, but he was great. That was the very first time I’ve had a great experience with a post personnel and I’ve lived in 3 different states lol. Thanks Eddy!
