Had Eddie/Eddy (with glasses) as my passport personnel. I walked in at 12:48 on a Saturday without knowing I need an appointment. However, his 12:45 appt did not show up and he offered to help me during that time instead. I had all my documents ready (checks, photos, etc) and he was able to process them expeditiously! It took less than 10 mins from when we started to when I got my receipts! I’m surprised dude is working at a USPS vs a different profession. I’ve always equated post workers to being slow and deterred to working, but he was great. That was the very first time I’ve had a great experience with a post personnel and I’ve lived in 3 different states lol. Thanks Eddy!

I recently moved from out of state and was taken aback by the lack of professionalism and courtesy at this location. The indifference and lack of attentiveness were truly jarring. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of even basic customer service standards. I’ll be driving farther to visit a different post office going forward.

Today was the worst experience at a post office I have ever had. The woman I interacted with was so degrading and mean. I am not sure what her name was but I believe she was of Hispanic descent or something similar to that. I am only mentioning that so she can be identified since I don’t know her name. I had a couple packages that I had labeled the wrong weights. Which I can take ownership for and was 100% willing to fix. The issue was the way she handled it. The way she spoke to me was entirely degrading, inappropriate, unprofessional, and just plain mean. I’m not talking just general unfriendliness, I’m talking about MEAN. She treated me like I was stupid and practically threw my boxes back at me. She weighed the boxes and literally with each one was like “does that look like 1 pound to YOU? No.” I mostly just stayed quiet during the interaction bc im not the best at standing up for myself. At the end I asked her for help of how to fix it because the labels were already paid for and she said she didn’t know and I’ll just have to figure it out. I am not kidding when I tell you I got back in my car and CRIED. I don’t think I have ever been spoken to so disrespectfully and unprofessionally, let alone by someone at THEIR JOB. I will never be stepping foot in this post office again. I hope you hold her accountable for her disgusting attitude toward customers.

I stopped by to have my hold mail for 1 week which they failed to do so then when I got back I submitted, both on site and in person, a forwarding address request . I find out today that request was not put in the system. Absolutely incredible.
