The packaging is completely ruined and I can’t get ahold of anyone to tell them about this. Okay changing my review to four stars from one. I got ahold of someone. They were very nice and we ended up laughing together. Said they would take care of the issue with the carrier.

It is July 30th and I have yet to receive a single piece of forwarded mail. I have called and verified twice and now they don’t answer the phone.
