Whoever the substitute driver is on Monroe Mills is terrible. She is perpetually grouchy, and we've literally seen her throw packages, smash them or just refuse to deliver and mark "problem occurred", sending them back to the seller. We order products for my disabled father and have no idea when or even if they will arrive. We have no control over how items are shipped, so we are essentially being held hostage by this driver. Everyone we know in the area has complained about this person. This woman is a stark contrast to our regular driver, Robert. He is awesome.

I was impressed with the quality and speed of the service. I was NOT impressed with the handicapped access. If you parked in the ONLY handicapped place you had to go the entire length of the building 2 times outdoors with no.protection from the weatber and more than a half the length in doors.I had already taken the stairs which no one on crutches or recovering from a recent hip, knee, ankle or foot surgery would be able to do, and walked around the entire outside of the post office trying to find the handicapped entrance, so I did not go up to the ramp to the door. I do not know if it was handicapped accessible, ie have a push button door so those having to use their hands to propel their person could get in or out with out bringing someone along to assist them.
