I was there for a service and she couldn’t even stand at the counter and speak with me, she was too worried about walking around and turning off lights. Mind you it was not closing time. It was 2 in the afternoon. I work in healthcare and I know what it’s like to work short, but I would never say something to a patient and make them feel like they were a burden or a bother. Where has the customer service gone? Terrible!!!
