- RMReverend MojoNov 25, 20251.0I have personally witnessed employees SCREAMING at each other in the past. Had many instances of other people receiving my P.O.Box mail. The postmistress can be rude, and argumentative, even over simple questions. I had one instance where My tracking said "delivered" but I did not recieve it... I asked three times if it was there and was told it had never checked in, despite the tracking data. After seven weeks, several calls, and a missing parcel report, my box was dropped on the counter with attitude and I was asked the question "why haven't you picked this up yet?" It had BEEN IN THE BACK FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS, but they could not find it. Said package was a 3 foot by 2 foot box, with my name and address CLEARLY legible in very large letters...not something you would easily overlook.

Especially when u hav3 a package coming and u don’t get it on time,it goes back to post office. If I didn’t have give one star I wouldn’t.
- CBCheryl BenderAug 13, 20181.0Went to the post office to pick up a pkg that I knew was there because it had been logged in at 1:45. The clerk/postmistress, whatever, refused to give it to me. I have to wait for carrier to deliver it tomorrow. Customer courtesy is apparently a thing of the past at Minford post office. This never happened with the previous postmaster. He went out of his way to accommodate you.
