- TMTheresa McclungSep 16, 20251.0So today 9/15 I go into check my mail in my Po box and find that my key no longer works of course the post office is closed. So 9/16 I go back in to find out that my form for the free box wasn't filled out (which mind you I went in and had ADAM fill it out because our paper that they gave us was thrown away.) Adam informs me that he has done this and all is good. 9/16 I go in to find out that they have changed the locks on my mail box and sent all of my mail and packages back to the senders, and also to keep my box I have to pay 38.00 as I do so because I don't want to go through changing my address on everything. This is not the first time that I have had issues with this post office and you can not get anywhere with them to get things taken care of. SO now I have packages that say they are at the post office and the post office is telling me they sent all of my mail back. I am lost as to what needs to be done now.
