    I wish I could give negative stars. 1. They never answer the phone. 2. They’re rude and slow. 3. I tried for three days to get a package delivered that they said “couldn’t be delivered” which was a lie. It wasn’t even attempted to be delivered. 4. I’ve been trying to call them for over an hour and still, they don’t answer. This place needs to management and an entirely new staff.

    Not sure why the post office closed at noon on a non holiday. Also our informed delivery items were not delivered either today. Not ok.

    The staff here are attentive and knowledgeable and very kind. This is my review after having visited the Milford post office multiple times over the past 10 years.

    The postal carrier doesn’t wanna do his job. I put mail in my mailbox put my flag up and then just decide to leave my mail in the mailbox. You don’t understand why he makes a decision on his own, but you know he should be fired.

    Carrier claimed “Could not access the delivery location” when there were 2 on-street parking spots directly in front of the house about 10 ft from the front door that were completely open all day long, as well as an open driveway, or even our rear lot. Amazon had no trouble accessing it that day, neither did FedEx. Something doesn’t add up. Your laziness impacts people’s livelihood and it’s unacceptable.
