  I tried to return a small item via Amazon and I was instructed that I needed packaging. So I went to pick up a legal mailer for 49 cents that was more than large enough for the item and I was told that they could not use that they had to have a padded mailer and they directed me to a mailer that was almost $1.50. So I declined and left. I find it very interesting that Amazon makes no mention if the return item needs to be in a padded mailer or a regular paper sealed mailer? I think they're just trying to upcharge to make money. So I reached out to Amazon to make them aware because it's not just me it's other customers and if it's not Amazon's policy why is it their policy?.... Shouldn't there policies coincide or is there reason why they want to charge me three times more for a special mailer? I went home to get another package. I reached out to Amazon and explained the situation that legal size paper mailers are not acceptable for Amazon returns they must be padded or boxed And it sounds like Amazon is going to clarify this with UPS. It's evident they are upselling to make more money but I find it disturbing personally because Amazon does not have this policy! Little perturbed at this location because 3 days ago I was here and waited in line for 20 minutes and watched an elderly lady with three small packages approached the counter. And she paid $105 for 3-day shipping because the salesperson said that they couldn't guarantee it would be there until 2 weeks which meant after Christmas. Due to the terrible snow storm that may be coming. Well the terrible snow storm didn't happen all the streets were cleared 24 hours later. But I find that upselling vulnerable people on packaging that was over $100 for three very small boxes because it may take 2 weeks or more for the recipient to receive their package is a very lame way to try to upsell customers? I only drop off Amazon packages here I would not personally use this facility for anything else. I've been in and out of here for 5 years and I just don't like the the business tactics.

  Very helpful, able to print PDF to 140lb watercolor paper. I supplied my own paper and 4 prints for under $1.00. You can’t beat that.

  The way it says small store and busy - the employees are quick and knowledgeable in the services that they provide. I've used their services in the last 3 months as I was traveling in the area and they did not disappoint.
