- SWSeAnne WoodsMar 5, 20211.0I mailed letters if encouragement to everyone who lives in this town. 42 of them came back as not having a mail receptacle. Even the ones that had post office boxes were returned no mail receptacle. That's quite a waste of stamps for me. I drove to the town and checked every address. Most had mail receptacles. So your post office worker determines if you get your mail or not in this town. That's really sad.
