  If I didn't have to absolutely use FedEx to ship using a prepaid label I would not. This place will not print out a label for you as they quote do not have a printer. The instructed me to go a couple of towns over or go to a library to print out a label. Ridiculous

  Not sure where to do the review, but....what fantastic customer service! From the delivery man, Tim, to the customer representative at fed ex, Shadai (spelling). Had a package being delivered that needed a signature when we were out of town for 3 weeks. Tim helped via my Ring camera. He was kind to deal with my request via the camera! Shadai helped from local center. She helped reroute the package for me to pick up near to where we were. She was excellent in keeping me updated. She was very kind and more than willing to help me. I can't say enough to show my appreciation to her and Tim! Job MORE than well done. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

  Worst shipping service ever I’ve been home waiting. They don’t knock on the door and then just automatically reschedule for three days after you have to wait for the package to arrive at the facility after 6 PM so you would have to pick it up very inconvenient.

  The absolute worst company to have deliveries come through. If you’re a business and waiting on something important you’d have better luck with hiring big foot to show up with it. Every single time- it’s pushed back by a day, they don’t deliver unless I’m standing outside to receive it- they constantly claim we aren’t there because we don’t keep our doors wide open. I watched them pull up and take a picture from their window of their van and then get a notice that they couldn’t deliver because we aren’t there. I will insist from now on that all of our vendors delivery with any other service. Fed ex is the worst.
