I called earlier to confirm the delivery time for a package that required a signature and was told it would arrive anytime before 8 PM. When I checked the app, I found a photo of a delivery slip taped to the entrance door of a four-story apartment building—nowhere near my actual door. How could I sign for something that was never even brought to me? I went to the pickup center to resolve it, but the staff there were equally unhelpful. One clerk claimed her computer was “broken,” and instead of addressing the issue, both employees were yelling over each other while a long line formed. To make things worse, I was told that for tomorrow’s delivery, I must miss the package three times before being allowed to pick it up myself—rather than simply holding it for pickup right away. This level of incompetence is beyond frustrating. I’ll be using UPS from now on.

Well upon further investigation that is a bold faced lie per the Cleveland Hopkins airport FedEx hub I got directed to. For the last 3 years I have literally been driving 10 miles out of my way to drop off a package because this old woman doesn't want to take an extra minute to do her damn job. I am heated. This is bs. Terrible customer service
