  Driver ignored the label saying rear door delivery, driver ignored the big metal sign on the 4x4' front porch saying deliver all packages to the rear, driver took a photo cropping out the big metal sign saying deliver to rear door that every other delivery service respects. Terrible driver. Now the package is sitting out in a townhome community on the front porch for porch pirates to take -- which has happened, which is why all deliveries go to the rear where it is secure. Security footage taken of this driver and reported.

  the whole FedEx system is a joke my package leaves Cleveland goes to Indianapolis lays over there for 2 days then gets shipped over to Lebanon New Hampshire a signature required delivery updates all day long package never made it to the business before closing now it comes back to me what the product not repaired does FedEx must be run by a bunch of millennials or Post Obama Biden people anyhow do yourself a favor and use UPS

  ⭐ 1 star – Disgusting behavior, zero accountability This FedEx location should be embarrassed. I experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had, and it came directly from an employee named Christine. From the moment I walked in, her attitude was hostile, dismissive, and blatantly disrespectful. She refused to help, spoke to me with clear annoyance, and treated me like I was an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. What made this experience even more disturbing was how differently I was treated compared to others in the store. It felt like I was being judged and profiled instead of assisted, which is completely unacceptable in any business—especially one representing a major company like FedEx. Christine I believe (the older lady that works there ) should not be working a customer-facing role. If you cannot treat people with basic decency and professionalism, you do not belong behind the counter. Her behavior reflects terribly on this store and on FedEx as a whole. Management needs to take this seriously. Customers should not have to endure disrespect, hostility, or feeling targeted just to get a basic service done. I will never return to this location and strongly advise others to go elsewhere unless they want to be treated the same way.

  Liars, they say the came but never come we have been home at day of delivery and we have camera they didn’t even leave sticker and that’s not the first time they do that at that location. The next day went to pick up my package it was incomplete and I told them they said wait for it but they had me sign it as delivered and signed. The manager called me while I was in store and told me to keep his number to call him and I have been trying for the past 5 days but my phone calls doesn’t even go through he blocked me.

  $120 for overnight shipping. 30 minutes on hold to talk to a customer service rep to pick up at this location. I drove to this location while ON HOLD. This place refused to look for my package, contact the driver, or make any reasonable accommodations so I could sign for my package.
