  Online Open Hours are shown as 8:00am - 6pm Mon - Fri, and the customer entrance door confirms the same, but I’ve been here on two occasions and on both I left after 30 minutes as there was no sign of any activity. The most recent time (30th January, 2026), I was there before 8am to drop off a package ASAP before heading to work. Kept checking from 8am-8:30am but by the time I left at 8:30am, all doors were still locked - both customer entrance and employee entrance - and there was no sign of activity inside. The lights inside were off. I don’t know if the business is ever open.

  Courtney was very nice. I came in with no experience with international shipping and she was very helpful and went through each step and made things easy.
