- CPClayton PetroJan 3, 20261.0Dicks Elliptical delivery. I thought everything was fine when they left but soon realized there were loose screws and a missing screw. I tried calling them back less than 20 minutes after they left and they didn’t respond.

When the final time came and went with no item delivered, I contacted the service center, who couldn’t even find my shipment. This company is unprofessional. Never enter into a contract with them.

I’ve contacted customer support four times — no reply at all! This kind of attitude toward customers is unacceptable. If a company can’t fulfill its obligations or even respond to messages, it simply can’t be trusted. I do not recommend this company!

- AVAngel VanasNov 29, 20201.0It was faster and cheaper to cancel delivery from IKEA and go pick it up ourselves than to use this company. We were willing to pay extra for delivery because of the pandemic. They wasted our time and money two days in a row. Both days, the driver would have arrived well outside of the delivery window we were promised, if they hadn't failed delivery due to incompetence and lying. The second driver lied and said they attempted delivery but needed a code to get into our building, which is a lie as it is a ground level business with glass windows where we could see if they had indeed attempted to do their job. Their employees in both delivery and customer service seem to have issues with honesty, as well as navigation as they attempted delivery to a completely incorrect address the first time and wouldn't fix their error. Very unimpressed, I would recommend picking up your own furniture or hiring a contractor instead who will directly to go to the store and get what you need if you are feeling unsafe during the pandemic.
