I feel for anyone who has package put through this location. They’ll hold it for days at time before delivering and basically lie to the phone representatives to get you off their case. This place is a disgrace. Failures. I was supposed to receive the package on 3/3/2026 and am still waiting. I’ve been told they could deliver it on 3/4/2026 and then told otherwise. FEDEX is joke and this facility makes them look worse funny enough.

I have no idea why anyone would willingly use FedEx. Sometimes I find myself on the receiving end. Tracking is meaningless. You'll get it when you get it. They'll treat your package like Ace Ventura pet detective, then leave it at the least secure part of the property (in the ditch behind the mailbox at my house).

Worst company ever!!! My package has been at the facility in the city I live in for 3 days!! Still hasn't been delivered. If I knew FedEx was delivering it , I would of never ordered what I did.

I went here today to pick up my package, they didn't attempt redelivery Tuesday like the website promised so I had to go down to the hub.
I spent 50 minutes sitting in the lobby, just for them to tell me they couldnt find the package.
Heres where my problem lies. I had to go up to the phone and dial someone inside the building because nobody actually exists in the pickup lobby. At any point, someone could have got off their butt and came in to tell me something, knowing I had been sitting out front for 50 minutes, but they dont care enough about you or your time to do so. Even usps wont let me sit for 50 minutes without coming to tell me something, and theyre owned by the US government.

I’ve had TWO separate packages go missing within less than two weeks through FedEx — both were high-value items (two pairs of shoes from StockX costing over $200 each).
Neither package was ever marked as delivered. The tracking status stopped updating, and the packages never arrived at my home.
I went to the local FedEx location in person and was told they could not locate either package and that they were essentially “lost.” I was given no clear explanation, no timeline, and no real solution other than to file a claim with the retailer.
It is extremely concerning that multiple high-value packages can go missing in such a short period of time with no accountability or investigation provided to the customer.
This has caused financial stress and a major inconvenience. I no longer feel confident trusting FedEx with important deliveries.
I hope FedEx addresses these repeated issues and improves their tracking, security, and customer service practices.
