  Absolutely horrible has changed my delivery date and time multiple times and still have not received my package and can not get anyone to help

  The worst place to have to receive a package from to start with they said it was gonna arrive between 10:40 and 12:40 mind you FedEx has a tracking app so you can literally track the driver with your package I watched all day on their app the driver was all around me like 1 street over and all not to mention I watched and tracked him driving down my street past my house and then thats when the arrival time changed to by the end of day basically 8 pm still watched as he literally was 3 miles or less around me for hours even tracked him going back to FedEx spot then Jamison the driver decided to take a Pic of the floor of his truck and said he tried to deliver nobody was home business was closed the package did not need a signature so if that was true all he had to do was leave it on porch or even just near it but that was a lie I literally sat here all day with door open waiting for it if you have something coming from here don't count on it being on time or coming at all I'm going up there to get my stuff if Jamison is your driver there's a huge chance you won't get and you will get a Pic of his floor

  Had an Apple Watch arriving Tuesday box arrived with the bottom cut open and the watch replaced with hand soap…. Company reships for delivery today and supposedly the driver can’t find the package on the truck!? This is starting to feel like a law suit waiting to be pursued ….update - so eight hours later, I still don’t have my package, supposedly the driver couldn’t find it on the truck when he came to delivery, but now it’s saying back at the depot with a new date and time for delivery, a date and time where I won’t be home, and I can’t change the delivery method because they already screwed it up once and the shipper requires somebody at the address sign for the package upon delivery so now I have to figure out how to get out of my obligations on Monday and Wait another whole day with the hopes that the next driver won’t be as incompetent as the last Additionalupdate 11/02/2024 So They attempted to deliver my package today with the same driver as last week and before I sign for it I checked the bottom of the box and low and behold it had been cut and re-taped again. I opened the package and inside were two little bottles of hand sanitizer instead of another $600 watch!, if you live in Kettering Between Kroger And the Greene and your driver’s name is Nathaniel. You probably should always double check your packages before you sign for them.

  Horrible experience. My very large package came from across the country with no problem with 2 other packages. I received 2 of my three packages and then days go by with no update other than FedEx saying it was supposed to be delivered. Took a week and a half to get an update and they told me it isn't there. So apparently my package just disappeared after being less than 3 miles from my house.

  They are TERRIBLE. They wrecked my car and still haven’t fixed it and I have two children. The driver was on his phone and hit us. Will not be using fed ex anymore.
