Takes 3 days to send a letter with raised flag. They just leave it laying in a mailbox. Left me a note on Saturday afternoon that I need to come pick up a package. When I leave to work in a morning they are still closed, when I come home they already closed. How am I supposed to get it!? Just got a note that they will send it back if I don't pick it up. Argh...

I've had an envelope in my mailbox for over a week now..I even taped the flag up so shed see it..and for the past week she hadn't removed my mail that I need sent out. Instead she just puts the new mail in and drives off. This isn't the first time either. And im rather annoyed that I get punished because my bills are late due to the pure laziness and ignorance of your drivers.
