  Just got off the phone with Mikey 4/10/26. I can't say enough how polite, knowledge, and truly amazing he is. Such a great sense of humor. He really is a true asset to Reserves Network and i would like to keep in contact with the company. Katie who answered the phone was also pleasant to talk to and an asset as well. Highly recommend!

  I went through the full hiring process with this staffing agency, including a background check. I was told there were no issues and was placed in a position based on that approval. Because of those assurances, I left a better-paying job so I could work closer to home. I worked at the job they placed me in for about four months, showing up every day and even working overtime and Saturdays when needed. There were never any performance issues during that time. Two weeks before I was expected to be hired on permanently, I was suddenly told my background had been “flagged.” Shortly after that, the staffing agency terminated me from their agency entirely for the same background that had already been reviewed and approved when they hired me and placed me in the position. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication. When I tried reaching out for an explanation, I received no real response. People make major life decisions based on the information a staffing agency provides. Situations like this should be addressed upfront, not months after someone has already committed to the job and left other employment. I’m sharing my experience so others can be aware when considering working with this agency.

  I was getting back into the work force and it was kind of difficult but when I found out about the reserves network and got connected to dawn, who is such a nice person she got me a great job at a great company. I would definitely recommend the reserves network for anyone who needs a long term job.
