Had a package ordered that would fit in the mailbox, guess they thought otherwise. No attempt to bring it up the driveway. Driveway shoveled. called and was told I could not pick it up myself, I had to wait for them to try again. Was told they couldn't leave any delivery instructions and nor could I. The only option I was given was to leave a complaint, and wait for them to try again. Also still no package, so now I have to go through other options.

Horrible post office, the ground machine is literally always jammed. This place is so unreliable. I’d give it 0 stars if I could

I used this Post Office for a guaranteed delivery of 2 mailings. One of the mailings was delivered as promised. However, the other one was not delivered until well past the guaranteed delivery date. When I talked to the Post Office where it was to be received, I was informed that I should get my money back for the guaranteed delivery. When I went back to the Mentor Post Office, I was treated with animus and rude behavior by the supervisor when I questioned her on the policy she claimed would not allow me to have my refund as I paid cash. She was very arrogant, condescending and not professional. I specifically was told by her that there was a policy regarding the refund, but she could not provide any such policy and said it was on the receipt--which it clearly was not. She then claimed a refund could only be issued if and when the guaranteed delivery was in fact delivered. In response, I asked her what happens if it is never delivered and she could not answer that question and again said it was the policy of that Post Office branch. She then said she was not going to argue with me and to move on. I was not arguing or raising my voice and simply asking questions. In short, I was lied to and treated rudely. I will never use this Post Office again and feel badly that a Supervisor who is paid by taxpayer money has no regard for customer service. I would avoid this Post Office at all cost.
