I have been a customer here since 2015, and the recent decline in service is shocking. Today, I came in to drop off an Amazon return, and the staff refused to process it because the package was not already taped up. This was never an issue with the previous staff, who were always accommodating and happy to help. When I asked about purchasing tape, the current staff was unhelpful and seemed annoyed simply by the question, barely providing me with the cost, let alone offering assistance. The experience was marked by a rude, unaccommodating, and disrespectful attitude. This is the worst service I have received in a long time. I advise others to use a different location.
