- ALAnnette Lord5 days ago1.0Either the employees have no clue what they’re doing or they are trying to scam people to purchase shipping products!!! I added one of the three items I needed to return. My husband went in yesterday and they told him that the items need to be boxed or packaged. They gave him the cost to purchase the products from them. It clearly shows NO BOX NO LABEL needed. He left without purchasing there packaging products for sake. I called and they rudely told me I must be confused. Today he went back with printed off QR codes and just boxed and bagged the items. Highlighted on the print off clearly No Box No Label. The man behind my husband was trying to make a return. They told him that they couldn’t scan the QR code from his phone. They guy working there same as the one my husband had yesterday said they only take the QR code printed and that would cost him $2.00. I never leave reviews, but I feel they are scamming customers to purchase shipping items that are not in agreement with Amazon’s return policy and due to the heavy return season. Go way to bring up inventory sales, but BAD business!!
