He was the only employee in the store at the time and about 6 people were waiting in line. We all I think were impressed with his performance and attitude.

They did not go into detail as to why. But I had to send in another picture. I went somewhere else and that one was accepted. So if you are getting you passport picture taken DO NOT GO HERE!!
