The Amazon return was the longest line, and the lady running that line was apparently expected to also run the register next to it. When she had a question about an item while running that register, she turned to ask her associate who was across the room in the copy area, not helping any customers, who instead of coming over to help her, yelled her answer from the area she was standing in. When this associate decided to finally walk over to the amazon return line to help, she had an attitude, was not polite, but instead was inconvenienced, because she had to help her co-worker, who was expected to run two lines. I hope this associate was not the manager, if she was than that's to bad for Staples.

There will be 15 people in line with one employee working while 5 other employees just sit around behind the print center. I waited 20 minutes last time I had to take a package in. Absolutely awful!!!
