  Went to the store on Friday afternoon with a small envelope (standard small envelope) told the young man that I needed to get it to my son as as possible. He lives in Houston, Texas. I was told air next day would be 144.00 dollars. Didn’t want to spend that much money. I was told air “guaranteed for Monday” 31.32 . Okay I know expensive, but I wanted to make sure it got there. Monday nothing, Tuesday I go to the store to find out it won’t be delivered until Wednesday “ due to weather “ . I was told take it up with post office or go online to file a claim. Now I understand weather conditions are unpredictable, but then don’t charge and arm and leg guaranteeing . You said it not me. I came to the expert to find out what I needed to do to get a letter from point A to Point B. If there are better options then that should be explained.
