- TTTavoSep 25, 20255.0Byron and the young man with the dreads are the reason why this location is so great. They are professionals and run the entire building with ease. These are two young men with great potential, and should be candidates for promotion to higher positions. They can handle the pressure and are extremely knowledgeable about the shipping logistics and customer service. When those two are in the building, the line moves faster and the customers leave with a smile on their face. It would be foolish to lose either one of them, and the Medina Post Office would never be the same.

I run a side business and I use usps and keep using the post office because of Byron. He’s the reason I keep going here. Every time I come in he greets me with a smile, always calm, super chill and talks to you with respect. He’s the reason I enjoy coming in every time I need to deliver a package. And when I turn it in, not even 10 minutes later I get a notification that my package has been shipped out of the facility. I do however think that this place needs more employees like him. It would definitely make that location turn a complete 180. Byron if you read this, thanks man! You truly are the best!

I didn’t know what I was doing, and the young man behind the counter was very helpful, and even a little friendly. I left feeling really positive about the place.
