  Went to the store on Friday afternoon with a small envelope (standard small envelope) told the young man that I needed to get it to my son as as possible. He lives in Houston, Texas. I was told air next day would be 144.00 dollars. Didn’t want to spend that much money. I was told air “guaranteed for Monday” 31.32 . Okay I know expensive, but I wanted to make sure it got there. Monday nothing, Tuesday I go to the store to find out it won’t be delivered until Wednesday “ due to weather “ . I was told take it up with post office or go online to file a claim. Now I understand weather conditions are unpredictable, but then don’t charge and arm and leg guaranteeing . You said it not me. I came to the expert to find out what I needed to do to get a letter from point A to Point B. If there are better options then that should be explained.

  Whenever I use this UPS store, the staff is friendly and efficient. I never have to wait long and pass up other Amazon return options for this one!

  The girls working there were so rude. And instead of going in the back to look for something I dropped off 15 mins earlier I spent 2 Hours on the phone with Amazon and ended up still having to pay for it. Staples can have my damn Amazon returns
