    I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a recent print order handled by the imaging and printing department at Staples in Mayfield Heights. I explicitly requested an exact print size of 18" × 24" and provided a reference photo with the precise vertical and horizontal dimensions. Despite these clear and simple instructions, the print was cut incorrectly. It did not fit my frame, and I was forced to return to the store to have it cut again. This error should never occur in a professional print department and indicates a serious lapse in quality control. Additionally, I specifically requested white balance correction. This was not performed. The final print showed poor color balance and no visible adjustment, despite my clear request. The timing was also unacceptable. I placed the order at 1 PM and picked it up at 6 PM. Waiting roughly five hours for what should be a straightforward print job is unreasonable. This was not a complex project — it required basic attention to instructions and execution. This experience reflects a lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for customer time. I relied on your department for a precise and quality result and did not receive it. Unless this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately, I will not be bringing my files to your Mayfield Hts store again, and I will reconsider using Staples print services in general. Given the mistakes and inconvenience caused, a refund or store credit would be an appropriate and fair resolution. I expect a clear explanation, accountability, and a prompt resolution to this complaint. Sincerely, Aleksandr
