  Parker took care of us at the Mayfield Heights store this week. He did an excellent job, was efficient and very cordial . Due to great service, I would return to this store again!

  I cannot believe this store changed or it could just the lady at the front office on 12/07/2025 at 3:45 pm. I have always used them to sent usps Christmas for the past 18 years or so. Along with ups service as need came. This day I went, the lady was kind of condescending. She said the stamp for each Xmas card will be a dollar for within USA and the per card to India 100 dollars. I was like I am here for usps. Did you guys stop providing it? She said we do usps but still that’s the charge. I was shocked and said this seems weird. I have not paid more than 5 dollars till now for a Xmas card to india and couple dollars for a group of stamps for within USA. She went “well that’s what it is.” and when i called this weird she goes “oh well”. Also when the lady before me who was an Amazon return she mentioned “oh I had the bar code open but now it seems not there “ the front desk lady goes “oh this is what many say!” in a sarcastic way. I have never had such experience in this store before especially been using this store for years. . So sad the businesses like this is getting destroyed by such careless hires.

  the associates here are super nice, wayyyy friendlier and helpful than the other Lyndhurst location.
