The one associate who was working at the checkout was helping three customers at the same time. One was picking up an order, another had a return, and the third was making a purchase. This young lady was doing a great job. However, she received no help from another associate who wasn’t really doing anything. I asked a third associate, in the print/copy department if she was able to help. Her reply was “I’m too busy.” As I was finally checking out, I asked to speak to a manager. I was told one manager in the back was in a meeting. The other manager was the young lady in the print department. As I was leaving I told the manager she needed to work on her customer service skills. She rolled her eyes and said “whatever.” I won’t be going back to the this store.
