I was charged a $50 same-day print fee, something I was never informed about at any point in the ordering process. No one called to let me know my order was ready YESTERDAY, and I called multiple times-no answer. I came in this morning only to be met with attitude when I calmly asked why I was charged so much. I didn’t ask for the fee to be removed, I just wanted an explanation. If I had known it would cost $50, I would have picked up printer ink and done it myself. I also didn’t say I needed my prints yesterday she just said to come back later. Clear communication and basic courtesy go a long way, and I received neither. Very disappointing experience and not the way you treat regular customers.
