Not enough employees apparently. Waited 5+ minutes in the lobby for the employee. She stated she was the only one working and needed to load the truck. You could hear her in the back talking to someone else. Usps is a joke now days.

The staff here are so nice and helpful! They were patient with my children during the passport appointment and helpful with my husband’s passport renewal. I’ve also had really good experiences and short wait times when I’ve come in for traditional post office needs.

This Post Office Gets "0" stars . but i had to at least give them one star in order to post this complaint. I came to this post office to recieve a flag for a "flag folding ceramony". I had the "dd214" form that was needed + the "funeral Honors Request" form that was needed. They told me that I "DIDN'T" have the correct paperwork. Which by the way I "DID". Then they told me that the funeral director is the only person that could pick it up. My brother was entitled to this flag for his funeral !!!! So I thought ok I'll go to the funeral home. I came here to this post office because the e-mail from the correct Navy personell in Norfolk , Virginia had told me I could recieve the flag here at this shamefull post office. When I got to the funeral home they were confused as to why they denied me the flag for his funeral. The funeral director said they have never had to do that before. She also said that if she did go to pick it up, the paperwork I had was the only paperwork they would have taken. so the funeral director was kind enough to give me a flag for the ceramony. Now i don't know why they wouldnt give me flag. The ignorant manager "JASON" is the one that made that call. I'm sorry but I believe they denied me because I'm hispanic. There was no reason whatsoever for them to deny me the flag. perhaps they thought I was just trying to get a free flag just for fun.

Terrible experience on Saturday, I felt like I was racial profile by Donna who works there. She didn’t want to assist me because of my appearance. Made the service so inconvenient, she kept giving excuses instead of assisting me. If I did know how to use the kiosk to print out the label for my package, I wouldn’t have reach out to her for assistance. Just go a head and take my payment, print out the label for me. That’s apart of your responsibility working there, if you don’t want to help the customers why work there. Will never coming back. Terrible experience and definitely will be doing the survey. This is unacceptable!
