I sent a package a few weeks ago, it took 6 days for the tracking to update, always just said in possesion at Massillon. Finally arrived in Chicago, which is 6 hours away and it cost me $93 to send. Its been in Chicago for 2 weeks now, hasnt moved. This is criminal at this point.

I’d clean house from top to bottom and have them all in the unemployment line. There needs to be an investigation into what exactly is going on down there. Post master or attorney general needs to find out exactly the issues are down here. It’s time to privatize the mail. I’d easily pay 9.99 a month if it meant Massillon and their inept employees do not touch it
