I had a lot of anxiety about it because he just passed away a little over a month ago and they are precious to me. The girl at the counter was very kind, and got right to what I needed. I appreciated her efforts & kindness; and even the one working beside her expressed her condolences. Sure on the best way to send it and she got right to it. What a relief! I arrived just in time as they got really busy as I was leaving. I appreciate their service. Look forward to doing business with them in the future.
