Do they care about all the times the postal services loses my packages or puts my mail in the wrong box when our usual good carrier is on vacation? Or when I schedule a pick up and they don’t pick it up?

The workers are the nicest of any post office I have been to AND to those that say they lose your mail, I go out of my way to this location because I trust them handling my packages. I have NEVER had an issue. Always kind. Always chatty. Always helpful. I think a lot of these reviews are from people who walk in already angry and you reap what you sow. Be kind wherever you go. It goes a long way.
