Next day took a different package to a different UPS location 8216 Princeton Glendale rd West Chester Oh once again I didn’t have a label printed I told employee this and the employee said no worries I can scan it off your phone no charge, I paused a second and said no charge? And mentioned my experience at the other location, the employee said the stores are individually owned and different stores have different practices or the previous store employee didn’t care to mention scanning off my phone ..what a shame that someone would rather charge me for a service that is completely free …therefore if you have to ship a package don’t take it to the UPS at 9378 Mason Montgomery Rd they would rather charge you than take care of you, and only care about getting paid $1.29 even when return shipping is paid for by Amazon
