- NLnicklas laffertyNov 12, 20251.0Very bad customer service with the lady which had a lamp didn't get her name but she needs to be fired check me for everything that was inside my boxes like every item she wanted to know that made me feel like she was trying to steal stuff when she ask that type of question this is like my third time I've been to this location with her and every time she does the same thing I will not be taking my business back to this one unless they want to get rid of her she's very nasty to her customers I will take my business to the Westchester location or one the other ones my money spends elsewhere too

She wouldn't look up nor contact FedEx customer line when I came in and told her I received an overnight FedEx Envelope on 10/10/25 addressed to someone else per contents inside. She told me since it was opened, I had to pay to ship it back to DHS/Homeland Security. PII was violated by FedEx. I told her there is a pickup order to ship it back ASAP as it has been sitting on my front porch for over 4 days now! She said their computer system don't connect with FedEx? She had an attitude and threw the Envelope on the back table. Since I'm a Federal Agent, I can't in good fair let the importing information just sit there. She never apologize nor called FedEx to confirm the pickup order. I took the package back and contacted FedEx to get it back to the original sender. Misty, Supervisor at FedEx phone number was very helpful.
