I have to explain that to my son since it is all he has asked for for 6 months straight. I tried to talk to customer service and you have a better shot at reaching the president. Learn how to do your jobs people and if you are overwhelmed because of the holiday here’s an idea, hire seasonal help. Can’t guarantee a delivery date and can’t talk to a human customer service rep so I can intercept my 600$ package for my sons chrismtas. I can promise I will never willingly purchase anything that is delivered by your trash company. The package shipped in Ohio and I live in Ohio lol. If my delivery says 5-7 days I expect it wouldn’t take 19 days and still counting for same state shipping. You have my word that this is my last USPS delivery ever! Not that I believe you will but I hope somebody from usps loses sleep over this as much as I am. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Adding on to the review- it has now been a month and no package yet. I created a research case and they closed it without contacting me. I called and waited on hold for 3 hours then left a call back. They called back and I was on hold for another 2 hours at the least busy time of the week. You guys should take some pointers from Amazon. Will never use your services again since they are so untrustworthy. I tried to create an account and tried 25 different usernames all were taken. Finally found 1 and hit create account and got an error message that says service unavailable.
