My only complaint us either they don’t have enough people to answer the phone or they just have a bad system for the phone, but nobody ever answers the phone. Nobody answers the applications online. You literally have to keep calling and calling and calling and bugging them to get a hold of somebody and that really is frustrating. I’ve tried looking for the number for Deco online to make a complaint regarding this for anybody who’s higher up, but evidently they don’t have that either so I don’t even know they say they talked to the branch manager, but branch manager probably knows about it. But outside of that, I mean when you get to talk to people, they do care and they genuinely want you to succeed and do good and if you can get their attention, they’ll place you you know, but it’s just outside of that-- It’s not very secure and that’s that’s the only thing I don’t like about it but that’s a big thing too. 🤷🏻♂️

They will lie to you about what shifts are available then change it at the last second, also dont ever get injured because they will do everything they can to keep you from getting paid.

The people there NEVER answer the phone when I call. I guess that makes people actually go into the office. It's still rude.
